THE METRANSFORM (2024)
Inspired by Thomas Thwaites’ project ״A Holiday from Being Human״ (GoatMan), this work explores the possibility of stepping outside one’s own perspective and experiencing the world through the eyes of another creature. A speculative website that guides users through a journey towards living for several days in nature alongside a chosen animal herd. The site invites users to learn about different species, consult with shamans and experts, and design a personal path of transformation. The project reflects on spiritual experience, disconnection from the self, and reconnection with the broader rhythms of life-echoing Thwaites’ original attempt to inhabit another being’s existence.
